cGate® Secure

cGate® Secure facilitates secure, online, real-time credit card transaction processing from anywhere that merchants have Internet access.

The cGate® Secure suite of products is designed to transmit all transaction data safely and securely over the Internet. All data exchanged between cGate® Secure and online merchants is encrypted using SSL security, and a hash signature is required with each transaction.

The SHA1 hash is a security feature that enables all parties to identify that the transaction results are from an authorized source, and to verify the integrity of the data received in a transaction request. 

cGate Secure® Real-Time

This is the preferred method for most of our online merchants as it provides instantaneous approved/declined responses to all transactions.  It also allows up-to-the-minute reporting on all transactions processed through our powerful and secure payments platform.

cGate® SecureXML

cGate®SecureXML provides those clients with knowledge of service orientated architecture (web services) to have their application post transactions directly to cGate® using XML over an SSL connection. cGate®SecureXML supports both SOAP and HTTPS POST technologies, and is ideal for high volume processing merchants, who support their own order-entry and secure payments page.

cGate® Secure Verify

Our cGate® Secure Verify solution allows merchants to process 3-D Secure™ transactions though Verified by Visa and MasterCard®SecureCode™ . This technology was designed by the Card Associations to provide merchants and Acquirers protection from fraudulent transactions, chargebacks and unauthorized payments made on an eCommerce site. 

cGate® Validate

Our cGate® Validate solution is a unique Cardholder Account Confirmation (pre-screening) service that authenticates a cardholder's card by processing random transaction amounts (under $5) prior to charging the full amount of the transaction. The balance of the transaction is charged once the card is authenticated by the customer, who must verify the settled transaction amount at the merchant website.

cGate® Locate

Our IP Geolocation service, provides Internet merchants with the ability to evaluate the risk of their online transactions based on the geographies of their customers, enabling merchants to view the customers' locations, identified by countries, states (or provinces, regions etc.) and cities.

cGate® Locate drives our various Geo solutions, namely Geo Marketing (for targeting online advertising and promotional campaigns), Geo Compliance (to illustrate merchants are adhering to regulatory and jurisdictional requirements) and Geo Fraud and Data Management (allowing merchants to match the physical locations of the customers placing orders with the given shipping addresses).

Geo Fraud and Data Management provides Internet merchants with the data that they in turn can use to automatically block customers from certain restricted countries, based on a merchant's risk profile, with screening carried out before an order is placed. 

cGate®WebReporter

cGate®WebReporter is a powerful service for both merchants and Acquiring banks, offering a complete review of previous day's transaction reports and batch histories. These reports include declined transactions reports, and BIN or ICA level reports, to assist in the detection of BIN/ICA attacks at suspect merchant sites.

Advanced level web based reporting through cGate® WebReporter is available for up to 6 months of processing history, including declined transaction reports, batch summaries, and user transaction audit reports etc.

cGate® WebPay

cGate® WebPay is the new standard in multi-merchant, multi-user, virtual payment solutions. Designed specifically for Call Centres, Data Centres, third party reservation companies, travel companies, or multi-client companies who require a flexible, immediately available, multi-user/multi-merchant payment solution, to facilitate the administration of their business or back office reconciliation.

cGate® WebPay provides comprehensive processing functions of industry processing software, with the convenience of easy and secure access through the Internet. With no software to purchase or support, no additional networks, hardware or phone lines to install, access is available within hours of merchant account approval, not days.

cGate® vCapture

cGate® vCapture is a service that enables merchants whose businesses require the flexibility of obtaining voice authorizations for pending transactions. Companies are able to liaise with their Acquiring bank, and once the sale is authorized, send a file containing the transactional information to us, which we in turn send for final settlement.

This product is ideal for hotels, rental car groups, and spa type merchants that rely on call/data centres and require voice auth capture for credit card information.

cGate® Host Translator

Designed and built by our technical teams, cGate® Host Translator is a back-end application that facilitates integration of our powerful payments platforms to multiple hosts. cGate® Host Translator offers robust and scaleable technology, that allows for quicker and easier implementations, to support a range of multi-currency requirements for banks wanting to implement (or upgrade) their merchant Acquiring programmes.

cGate® AV-yeS

Address Verification Services (AVS) helps to screen fraudsters by comparing the billing address provided by the purchaser to the billing address on the cardholder's credit card statement.  We further developed these tools in the form of our cGate® AV-yeS solution to mitigate US cardholder chargebacks and fraud for global merchants.

The service allows merchants to submit pre-authorisation requests along with AVS and CVV2 data, presents merchants with authorisation information as well as the AVS score and CVV2 issuer verification response, and can be set up independently of a merchant's existing gateway services.

Our $0 AVS service is ideal for airline call centres and large online merchants who want to screen address data prior to approving an order.
