Our Bermuda solution offers merchants the ability to process in up to 87 currencies including US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, British Pounds, Australian Dollars, Hong Kong Dollars and Euros, with settlement in US Dollars to a direct merchant account with our partner bank.

Internet merchants can obtain a direct merchant account with our Bermuda-based banking partner without the requirement for full local incorporation by establishing a Segregated Cell Company (VirtualCorp), leveraging our unique Private Act of Parliament 1999.

This simple, straightforward and less expensive alternative to full incorporation is fully compliant with Card Association requirements that merchants have a corporate presence in the jurisdiction where the Acquiring bank is located.

Alternatively, merchants can choose to fully incorporate in Bermuda to leverage the corporate tax benefits associated with the jurisdiction.  We work with several local corporate service providers who can assist with Bermuda company formations.
