First Atlantic Commerce (FAC) is a leading,global internet payment solutions provider.

The Bermuda-based company was originally established as a payment gateway in 1998 to create secure, card-based payment solutions for online merchants, and has since grown into a total Internet Payments Solutions Provider.

In addition to global credit and debit card processing, FAC supports alternative payment options through our interface, together with online fraud screening and risk management solutions.

We deliver customized and flexible online payment solutions to international corporations across the globe. Our range of online, real-time payment processing solutions enable merchants to expand their Internet-based businesses into new regions and countries, through a single integration to our powerful and secure payments platform.

No Start-ups

FAC does not process for companies that are new to trading online unless they have brick and mortar history. Companies must show at least 6 months of processing history. We typically work with mid to large sized organizations.

FAC’s Payment Gateway is a feature-rich, secure, payment system called cGate®.

Our Application Program Interface (API)allows for a fast and simple integration, and connects the merchant’s website or ecommerce platform directly to our processing platform.

Merchants can also process card transactions through our Virtual Terminal (VT). Manual entry via the Virtual Terminal provides a convenient way for orders received via telephone, fax, email, or in person, to be submitted.

Batch Processing and Recurring Billing are available upon request.

Merchant Account Facilitator

At FAC, we take care of all your processing needs including merchant account applications. Our customer-focused business development team will facilitate the opening of your merchant account for the purpose of credit card processing, and depending on the region, we offer merchants the ability to price their products and services in 87 world currencies, with settlement to US Dollars. Alternatively, merchants canprice and settle in 16 major currencies.

FAC works with banks and payment providers across Europe, Mauritius and the Latin American Caribbean Region (the Caribbean, Central America and South America).

Alternative Payment Solutions

We support various alternative payment options around the world such as Ukash, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and multi–currency checks. We also supportpayment using popular domestic services such as real-time bank transfers, eWallets and various online cash payment systems such as vouchers and prepaid cards.

FAC provides merchants, banks and PSPs with a range of powerful fraud management solutions to mitigate online fraud and protect business from chargebacks and unauthorized payments. Our 3-D Secure™ payer authentication solution forVerified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™ is available as a standalone authentication solution, or in conjunction with our payment gateway services.

FAC can also provide pre-authentication solutions such as Address Verification Services (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CVV) known as CVV2 for Visa, CVC2 for MasterCard and CID for American Express. This service is also available as a standalone solution and can be used to anonymously pre-screen North American customers ($0 AVS).
